We combine lifestyle medicine with continuous health tracking and structured coaching to understand how your body is truly functioning, not just how it looks on paper. Using wearable technology and regular check-ins, we monitor key areas such as sleep, stress, activity levels, nutrition, recovery and daily habits, giving us a real-time picture of your health and allowing your plan to evolve as you do.
Through weekly online coaching and intelligent tracking via our dedicated app, we identify barriers, monitor consistency and provide ongoing guidance to help you improve energy, performance, wellbeing and long-term health.

How EverWell Coaching Works
Our coaching is fully remote and designed to provide structured guidance, accountability and measurable results.
Step 1 — Personalised Plan
We create a tailored health plan based on your goals, lifestyle and current habits, covering areas such as nutrition, exercise, sleep and daily routines.
Step 2 — Track Your Progress
You’ll track activity, sleep, lifestyle habits and wellbeing using our app and your Fitbit (or your own connected device), giving us real-time insight into your health.
Step 3 — Weekly Coaching Check-Ins
We review your progress together each week, adjust your plan and provide ongoing support to keep you accountable.
Step 4 — Continuous Improvement
Your plan evolves as your health improves, helping you build sustainable habits and long-term results.
Minimum 3 month commitment recommended for meaningful change. Ongoing monthly support available afterwards.

EverWell Coaching is delivered entirely online. No clinic visits or testing are required. You’ll receive your Fitbit by post (or connect your own device) and complete all coaching sessions remotely, allowing you to improve your health from anywhere.

We include a Fitbit device as part of our programmes to give real, objective insight into your health and daily habits. Rather than relying on guesswork, the device allows us to monitor key metrics such as activity levels, sleep quality, heart rate and recovery patterns. This data helps us identify potential issues, understand what may be holding you back, and ensure your plan is working effectively. It also provides accountability, allowing us to track consistency and support you in building sustainable habits that lead to long-term health improvements.
