We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website with the revision date clearly stated. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.

TERMS OF SALE BY PRODUCT OR SERVICE TYPE

1. TESTING SERVICES TERMS OF SALE

These terms apply when you purchase home testing kits (e.g. blood, saliva, stool, or urine tests).

1.1 Eligibility

You may order testing kits if:

  • You are aged 18 or older

  • You are ordering for personal use

  • You have a valid payment method

1.2 Orders and Fulfilment

Test kits are delivered by post to your chosen delivery address. A binding contract is formed upon purchase confirmation.

1.3 Use and Responsibility

Test kits must be used in accordance with provided instructions. EverWell Health is not responsible for lost, delayed, or mishandled samples once in transit or incorrectly collected samples.

1.4 Medical Disclaimer

Our tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Results and reports may include automated analysis or interpretation and should always be reviewed with a qualified healthcare professional.

2. SUPPLEMENTS TERMS OF SALE

These terms apply when you purchase nutritional or herbal supplements.

2.1 Product Use

Products are intended for general wellness only and should not replace medical treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement.

2.2 Shelf Life and Storage

Follow product packaging instructions for storage and expiration dates. EverWell Health is not liable for deterioration due to improper storage.

2.3 Refunds

Refunds are available only for unopened items returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

3. CONSULTATION AND COACHING TERMS

These terms apply to one-to-one or group wellness sessions, coaching programmes, or consultations.

3.1 Service Nature

Consultations provide general lifestyle, nutrition, fitness, or wellness guidance and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Advice may be delivered through human or automated systems and is provided for informational purposes only.

3.2 Booking and Cancellation

Consultations must be pre-booked. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be refunded.

4. MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

These terms apply to subscription plans including coaching, testing, or supplement delivery.

4.1 Billing

Recurring charges apply based on your selected plan. You may manage or cancel your membership through your account.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for unused billing periods unless required by law.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments must be made using valid payment methods.

  • The total cost will be shown at checkout.

DELIVERY POLICY

Testing kits and supplements are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

  • Testing Kits: Unused and unregistered kits may be returned within 14 days. Reasonable costs may be deducted. Used or opened kits cannot be returned.

  • Supplements: Unopened items may be returned within 14 days.

  • Consultations: Refunds available only with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Digital Programs: Non-refundable once accessed unless faulty.

DATA PROTECTION

We comply with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Personal and health data may be collected, processed, and stored to deliver services. Data may be shared with laboratories, software providers, and automated systems (including artificial intelligence) where necessary.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises, we will attempt to resolve it informally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of England and Wales.
